"Make Time!"
A couple of days ago I was sharing with a friend
the success of The Dream Builders Network August
Session: “The Courage to be a Champion”,
featuring MSU Head Basketball coach, Tic Price.
During the course of the conversation, he
mention, “I wanted to attend, but I did not have
time.” When I said we make time for the things we
REALLY want to do he seemed shocked. I asked
him why you look so shocked. He said, “Just the
truth and the weight of the comment have
instantly had an impact on me.”
It’s true, we make time for the things we REALLY
want to do. Many times we say we want to do
things but never get around to doing them. This
is because we have numerous desires but rarely do
they actually turn into a definite goal.
For instance we make time to:
Eat when we are hungry.
Watch our favorite program on TV.
Talk on the phone.
Go shopping.
Etc.
But rarely, if ever, do we actually take the time
to do the things that really have a significant
impact in our lives. How many times have you said
that you are going back to school to get more of
the skills needed to advance in your career? How
many times have you said that you are going to
begin a home bible study to assist your family
and friend in their spiritual growth? How many
times have you said that you are going to start
saving money to build a solid financial future?
How many times have you said you are going to
begin that new business you so long to start?
If you really want to do it, make TIME!
Make TIME to live the life you want.
Make TIME to enhance the quality of your life.
Make TIME to spend quality time with your family
and friends.
Make TIME to save and invest your money.
Make TIME to Make TIME!
Time is one of your most precious and valuable
resources. Guard it and spend it very wisely.
Spend your time doing things that really matter
in life. And above all, make time to do
meaningful things that will impact the world and
last into eternity.
Make TIME!!!!!
